Yoho National Park Webcams
The BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure maintains highway cams along major routes throughout British Columbia, including two at Field, in the heart of Yoho National Park (the west-pointing camera shows the widest panorama). A third camera is mounted at the brake check area at Kicking Horse Canyon outside the west entrance, but points back into the park. These pictures are refreshed every few minutes 24 hours a day, year-round. One cool feature of the highway webcams is the option to “Replay the Day,” which shows a compilation of the previous day’s screenshots in a 15-second video.
