BANFF NATIONAL PARK WILDLIFE VIEWING in is a major attraction. You may see deer wandering down the main street of Banff, a herd of elk on the golf course, or bears feeding beside the highway.

Banff’s famous TURQUOISE LAKES are a result of glacial silt that settles in the water, reflecting sunlight to create a mesmerizing turquoise colour that changes with the season. Best known is LAKE LOUISE, but MORAINE LAKE, and lakes along the ICEFIELDS PARKWAY such as BOW LAKE and PEYTO LAKE are all worth visiting.
